The smartphone looks quite interesting and promises excellent performance.

Cons

Infinix Zero 30 – Price
Price is a great feature of Infinix Zero 30. It costs 280$, which may vary in some regions. Buy with this price, it certainly challenges Realme and Redmi smartphones. Let’s see how it compares to them in terms of features.
Infinix Zero 30 – Unboxing
The unboxing experience is decent for the price point. It has a quality box with some highlights. It is a good box but has nothing special because most smartphones offer the same sort of packaging.
But the special things are the accessories. It has a 68W fast charger, a clear transparent cover, a screen –protector, and handy USB Type-C headphones. These are the most accessories that I have seen in a smartphone for a while.

Design and Construction
Infinix Zero 30 comes in three colors. I have got my favorite Rome green color with a beautiful plastic back with an eco-leather finish. The camera setup is gorgeous, golden metallic black with a triple camera setup. The leather finish looks and feels great.
On the front, we have a stunning 6.78-inch screen with curved edges. It takes us back to older Samsung phones that used to have curved screens. It looks great and screams, “I’m premiums.”
The back and frame are made out of plastic, while the screen has solid Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It is not the best in the market, but it is still quite solid and will keep the screen safe against most falls and damages.
Infinix Zero 30 – Display
Infinix Zero 30 has a great screen. It is not the brightest, but the colors are crisp and look gorgeous. Moreover, the max refresh rate is 144Hz, which is pretty good if you are a gamer.
The smartphone has settings to tune the display according to your taste and has a very responsive touchscreen. Mediatek Dimensity chipset also plays a big role in making the display look good.
Infinix Zero 30 – Camera
The smartphone has a great bunch of cameras, 3 on the back and a single camera on the front.
The main camera has a Samsung HM6 image sensor, a capable one but not on par with 2023’s flagships. But with software tuning, the results are exceptional. Daytime images are sharp, crisp, and vibrant. In many flagships, we see oversaturated and overprocessed images, but it’s not the case with Infinix Zero 30; it captures great pictures and has good optical image stabilization.
Low-light scenarios are a little complex for Infinix Zero 30. Here we will see some artifacts and flares indicating the optics are not the greatest. But overall, it is definitely above par, considering the price.
The ultra-wide camera is very basic, but it is good when a little sun is out. It gives out sharp and colorful pictures.
The front camera is a big deal because often, we see 4K claims that are not as good as marketing, but, in this case, Infinix has done a great job. They have delivered significant value with 4K, making Zero 30 a capable vlogging smartphone. You can also create excellent TikTok and Instagram content in high quality.
Overall, I really like the camera performance; it gives you confidence that every picture you take will look and feel good.

Performance and User Experience
Infinix Zero 30 has an octa-core processor with solid graphics to deliver excellent performance. The performance matches current Snapdragon mid-rangers. Moreover, Mediatek also offers longevity with future updates, but the dates and periods are unclear.
The smartphone is not a gaming phone but keeps cool while delivering consistent performance across working hours. Vacuum chamber liquid cooling also plays an essential role in delivering solid, consistent performance.
In addition to hardware, the software is equally good. It has the latest Android 13 with snappy animations, a feature-rich launcher, and a lot of settings and customizations. Infinix Zero 30 has XOS 13 skin, which is pretty good.
It has some bloatware and extra apps that can be deleted to create space. Infinix has offered updates to Android 13, but they are not clear about the update strategy and policy.
Infinix Zero 30 – Connectivity
Connectivity options on Infinix Zero 30 are pretty good. It has Bluetooth, an FM radio, and Wi-Fi 802.11. FM radio was a surprise feature as most smartphones don’t have one.
The smartphone also has 5G and covers most bands used in the US> But I will recommend checking with the provider about the frequencies in the region.
Battery Endurance
Battery life is great; it consistently delivers two days on a single charge with its 5000mAh battery. Moreover, having 68W fast charging is a serious advantage.
Drawbacks
- No wireless charging
- Irregular software updates
- Basic waterproof rating
- Bloatware and extra apps
Conclusion
In the end, considering the price, the smartphone is a beast. It provides Motorola Edge 40 performance at 100$ cheaper and has a camera setup that can easily challenge 500$ smartphones. Moreover, a robust chipset, a beautiful screen, and a solid battery make it a great product.
