I really like the unboxing. L10 Pro also has a box in box situation; the outer one is made from solid cardboard. Inside we have the second black box housing all the items. The box is very well designed; there are separate compartments for every item, even the user manual has its cutout in the box.

The package contains; Robot vacuum, charging dock, cleaning tool, power cord, water tank, mop pad, side brush and user manual. That’s a lot of things for a small package.

Design and Construction

L10 Pro is a beautiful robot vacuum cleaner, it has a black body with glossy finish, and it is stunning. On top, we have the Dreame logo, LED indicators and head. The bigger cutout on top lifts because L10 Pro has a top-mounted dustbin. Sides are packed with sensors; there are IR, LIDAR and sensors for 3D room mapping.

Underneath, we have three tires, a port for the brush and slots to attach the water tank for mopping. The brush design is unique; it can untangle hairs by itself. Overall, the design is excellent and practical.

The charging station is basic; it has a similar finish as the vacuum cleaner.

The construction is also excellent; the plastic is solid and can easily bear a lot of wear and tear. All parts have fantastic build quality.

High Tech sensors of Dreame Bot L10 Pro

Dreame Bot L10 Pro is an excellent robot vacuum cleaner; it is way better than its predecessor and works fantastically. Firstly, we will talk about its best feature, the LIDAR and 3D mapping. The power cleaner has solid sensors that map the entire room, and you can preview them in the Mi Home App. Sensors not only map the room but also save the cleaner from hitting the walls and other obstacles. Moreover, L10 Pro automatically detects the carpet and trigger the full suction. The tires are also great; they can easily climb and operate on carpets.

Dreame Bot L10 Pro has the most substantial suction power of 4000pa among every robot vacuum cleaner. L1- Pro is also less noisy; at full suction, the max sound is only 65db. The dust is collected in a top-mounted 570ml dust box.

The size is excellent and easy to clean as it is top-mounted. Behind the dustbin, there is a washable HEPA filter. Although it’s washable, Dreame recommends changing it once every 2 to 3 months.

Then we have the electronic water tank, it is not a big one but does the job. The mopping is decent; there is no stress on the mop, so it’s like dragging a wet mop on the ground.

Lastly, you can also integrate it with Alexa and activate the robot vacuum cleaner with your voice.

Dreame Bot L10 Pro – Performance

Dreame L10 Pro is a great vacuum cleaner; the performance is exceptional.

So, we carried out two tests, rice test and flour test. L10 Pro nailed the first test; it effectively cleaned 58 grams out of 60 in a single run. The result is very close to 100%. We had similar results for the flour test.

The suction power is excellent; dust and little crumbs have no chance against L10 Pro, whether it’s on carpet or flour.

L10 Pro getting the Juice

Dreame Bot L10 Pro has a 5200mAh battery, and mentioned battery time is 1 hour 50 minutes. This is not the case in my test; the battery only lasts half of that time. There might be a problem with my unit, or maybe I am using it on higher power with all features on. On a full charge, it can clean 200sq meters of area.

Mi Home App

MI Home App is the official app for Dreame Bot L10 Pro. The app is excellent and has a lot of fantastic features. By using the app, you will know how good the vacuum cleaner is. You can see the rooms that it maps. You can specify no go zones, areas to be cleaned, create multiple maps. Moreover, you can also switch between modes, language, schedule cleaning, timers, firmware updates and much more.

The 3D mapping option is not available, but there is an excellent chance that you will have the option in your app by the time you read the article.

Dreame Bot L10 Pro – Limitations

Overall, the machine is great, but I have faced some problems during my review.

Wi-Fi has some minor issues.
Battery life is not great.

Final Verdict

So, in short, lovely product, especially given the price point. The early robot vacuum with 3D scanning used to cost around three times more than L10 Pro. Now Dreame has joined this battle with their take on a super-smart of powerful robot vacuum. So yeah, I think it’s a great choice.
